Acid Black 1sulfone Usage
1. Mainly used for dyeing proteins on polyacrylamide gels, agarose gels and nitrocellulose membranes. After electrophoresis, it is recommended to immobilize the protein on the gel.
2. The gel was stained with 7% (v/v) acetic acid solution of 0.1% amino black 10B for at least 2 hours and then decolorized with 7% (v/v) acetic acid solution.
3. The detection sensitivity is approximately 20% of Coomassie Brilliant Blue R250.
